  •   raspberry cake- roasted almond cake brushed with amaretto- filled with a raspberry preserve and classic buttercream

  • orange essence cake- roasted almond cake brushed with grand mariner- filled with an orange marmalade infused buttercream

  • hazelnut praline cake- vanilla bean cake brushed with frangelico- filled with a hazelnut praline buttercream. for an extra kick, a thin layer of dark chocolate ganache can be added.

  • italian rum cake- layered roasted almond and dark chocolate cake brushed with dark rum- filled with vanilla-specked pastry cream and dark chocolate ganache.
